Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Refund Process

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refund Issued – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
